Stick 'n' Giggle Retreat

Just a friendly reminder - there are still some places available at the Stick 'n' Giggle retreat to be held in September 24, 25 and 26 (middle weekend of the school holidays) at the fantastic Noosa North Shore Retreat! $275 per person which includes all accommodation, meals and a goodie bag along with LOTS and LOTS of fun and games and prizes! The Handmade Expo

This Saturday at the Ipswich Turf Club Brisbane Road Bundamba from 8am - 2pm - the Handmade Expo is on! 100 plus stalls of handmadies showcasing their gorgeous creations! Everything from baby items to jewellery, from yummy food to bags, from soaps to pet items! You have to check it out!

Stick 'n' Giggle will be there with lots of stock - including the new releases from Basic Grey - Olivia and Oliver! Very cute indeed! If there is anything in particular that you would like me to bring along, please feel free to email me or leave a comment!

Guess where I was on Friday????

I was at Handmade Heaven in amongst all of these wonderful Handmadies...Do you know how hard it was not to buy anything?????

A whole shelf full of loveliness!!!! Jewellery, purses, scarves and beanies - a little bit of everything!

Some Polka Dot Rabbit brooches - I just love this little birdie one!

Chasing Purple Dreams beanies (I own a red one of these!) and beautiful rose brooches.

Mel from Brymel Creations made this sweet little felty home! I love it!

Finki Jewellery , plastic covered books and pencil holders! There are also some brooches.

Sybella clutch purses (I own three of these and a coin purse too!). Belinda also makes the most gorgeous polomer clay owl and bluebird brooches and necklaces.

Some sweet little knitted toys...I wanted to take these all home to live with me - especially the blue sausage dog....

This is one of Mel's scarves (Brymel Creations) in the background and then there are these gorgeous little birdies in front - which I just love.

Bubba Chenille creations! These are some of the pants and skirts - a wide range of colours here! Miriam aslo makes heat packs, drink bottle covers, embellie packs (found at HH and at Stick 'n' Giggle) and more!

Miriam also makes the most gorgeous chenille bunting in a range of colours too! and this is just a shot of the shop!

Retreat!

Well things are coming along nicely for the retreat in September at Noosa North Shore Retreat! I just wanted to let you know that there are still some spots available, so if you would like to come along, please contact me as soon as possible!!!!!

I cannot wait for this weekend away! It is going to be fantastic!

Retreat!

Well it is full steam ahead - the retreat details have been emailed to those of you who have said they were considering coming along....The deposit is due to be paid by the end of the month - but if you can't do that - just let me know and we can work something out! A payment plan will be sent to anyone who would prefer to "lay-by" - it works out to be just $25 a week!

If you aren't on my email list and you are thinking about coming along, just send me an email and I will add you to the database!

Oh! While I think of it - there are still a few Basic Grey papers left at just $1.00 a sheet! If you would like to come and have a look, drop me a line!

And last but not least, ScrapLounge cybercrop is on tonight until midnight Sunday! 3 great challenges will go up between 7pm and 8.30pm tonight and there is hint of a BONUS challenge too!

Stick 'n' Giggle Retreat!

Well - here it is - the details you have all been waiting for - the wait is finally over!!! Some of you may have already received an email!!!!!

The retreat will be held on the weekend of September 24, 25 & 26 at Noosa North Shore Retreat. Noosa is situated about 2 hours north of Brisbane. The beach is just a stones' throw away.....

The cost will be $275 per person and will include all main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), with a coffee station on hand at all times with tea, coffee and water, accommodation (no bunk beds here!!!!) which also includes full use of the swimming pool and surrounds, and goodie bag on arrival – oh and of course – 3 days of continuous scrapping, laughter, and time spent with scrappy friends.

If you are interested in coming along, please let me know as soon as possible (either by email or post here!) so that I can start compiling a detailed list and send information to those of you who will be joining me on this much needed weekend away!
